The population on Lamentis-1 in 2077 isn't thoroughly explored, but the location is lifted from the comics.

Loki and Sylvie travel across the purple landscape to try and survive but ultimately fail to escape. He unknowingly sent them to Lamentis-1, a moon on the verge of an apocalyptic event. Their pit stop at the TVA headquarters was cut short and resulted in Loki sending them to a new location to remain safe. Building off the cliffhanger ending of episode 2, Loki episode 3 shows where Loki and Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) went after stepping through the TVA portal.
